Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored as a hashed credential). After onboarding, we store your display name, role (producer or artist), and optional profile information including a bio, avatar image, and accent color.

Producer Public Profile

Producers may create a public profile that includes their display name, bio, avatar, and social media links (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, SoundCloud). This information is visible to other users on the producer's public storefront.

Marketplace Content

Producers upload beats (audio files, cover art, genre, BPM, key, mood, tags, pricing), digital products (sound kits with files, previews, descriptions, pricing), and beat bundles. Beats and products are publicly discoverable on the marketplace. Audio previews may be streamed by any visitor.

Order Records

When a purchase is made, Loopzo creates an Order record containing the buyer's email and name, the item purchased, license type, price, commission, producer payout amount, payment status, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Order records are visible to the buyer, the producer, and Loopzo administrators.

Subscription Records

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store your plan type, billing status, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, and billing period dates.

Producer Payout Information

Producers who wish to receive payouts provide a PayPal payout email address. This is stored privately and is used only for payout operations. It is not displayed publicly or to other users. Loopzo does not verify ownership of the PayPal account.

Payout Records

When a payout is processed, Loopzo records the payout amount, included order IDs, the snapshotted PayPal destination email, payment method, transaction reference, and processing timestamps. Payout records are visible to the producer and Loopzo administrators.

Messages and Collaboration

Users can send messages and collaborate on custom beat requests. Message content, custom request details (style, BPM, references, budget), and delivered files are stored to facilitate collaboration. Messages are visible to the sender, recipient, and Loopzo administrators.

Reviews

Users may leave reviews on beats and products. Reviews display the reviewer's display name, rating, and optional comment. A "verified purchase" flag indicates whether the reviewer has a completed order for the reviewed item.

Discount Codes

Producers may create discount codes. Loopzo stores the code, discount percentage, usage limits, and usage count. Usage counts are incremented server-side only after a qualifying purchase.

Analytics and Activity Data

Loopzo may collect analytics data such as page views, feature usage events, and aggregate statistics to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. Public vs. Private Information

Public producer information includes your display name, bio, avatar, social links, beats, sound kits, bundles, and reviews. This is visible on your public storefront and in marketplace search.

Private account and financial information includes your login email, PayPal payout email, order records, subscription details, Stripe identifiers, payout records, and private messages. This information is not displayed publicly.

3. Payment Processing

Buyer payments are processed by Stripe. Loopzo does not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card credentials. Stripe handles card data according to its own security and compliance standards. Loopzo receives transaction identifiers and payment status from Stripe to manage orders and payouts.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process transactions, generate licenses, and administer payouts
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between users
• Display public producer profiles and marketplace content
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Send service-related communications and email campaigns (where applicable)
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses local storage and cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and support features such as the audio player and shopping cart. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites for advertising purposes.

We share information with Stripe for payment processing. We may share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a legal request. We do not sell your personal information.
