Payout Policy
Producer payout policy for the Loopzo controlled beta. Policy version: beta-1.
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
This Payout Policy describes how producer earnings are held, evaluated, and paid out during the Loopzo controlled beta. This is a presentation of the in-app policy configuration — authoritative financial enforcement remains server-side. This document is a draft and requires [COUNSEL REVIEW].
Policy version: beta-1
Summary: Producer earnings are subject to a 14-day holding period. Available balances of $25 or more are processed on Loopzo's biweekly payout schedule during the beta.
Earnings
A completed sale generates the producer share recorded by Loopzo. Your producer share is calculated at the time of sale based on the commission rate associated with your subscription plan.
Holding Period
Eligible producer earnings are subject to a 14-day holding period after the sale is finalized before becoming available for payout.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunded transactions are not payout-eligible. Transactions with open disputes are not payout-eligible while unresolved. Lost disputes are not payout-eligible. A won dispute may become eligible again if all other requirements are met.
Minimum Balance
At least $25 in Available Balance is required for payout processing. Balances below this threshold remain in your account and continue accumulating.
Payout Schedule
Eligible balances are processed on Loopzo's biweekly beta payout schedule. Payouts are not instant or same-day.
Payout Method
Controlled-beta producer payouts are processed manually through PayPal or CashApp. Loopzo does not currently offer Stripe payouts, direct deposit, bank transfers, or automatic payouts.
Producer Responsibility
The producer is responsible for providing an accurate PayPal email or CashApp handle. Loopzo does not verify ownership of the payout account. An incorrect destination may result in a failed payout.
Destination Changes
Changes to a producer's payout destination apply to future payout batches. Existing pending or historical payout records retain their snapshotted destination.
Failed Payouts
A failed payout does not count as Paid Out. Eligible underlying orders may return to Available Balance after release. A failed payout does not erase your earnings.
Completed Payouts
A payout recorded as succeeded represents an external payment Loopzo has recorded as processed. Loopzo records the PayPal destination and transaction reference for reconciliation.
Post-Payout Reversals
If a refund or dispute occurs after a payout has already been completed, the historical payout remains recorded and the transaction may require administrative review. Loopzo does not automatically claw back funds or create negative balances.
Net Earnings vs. Paid Out
Net Earnings refers to your share of a sale after commission, recorded at the time of purchase. Paid Out refers to earnings that have been successfully sent to you via a completed payout. Net earnings that have not yet been paid out remain in your account balance and are subject to the holding period, minimum balance, and payout schedule described above. Loopzo does not offer automatic or instant payouts during the beta.
Tax Obligations
Producers may have tax obligations related to their earnings. Producers are responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction. Loopzo may request information or documentation in the future where required. Loopzo currently does not collect tax IDs through the beta application. This section does not constitute tax advice.
